At Duskaia Coffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the coffee must be unopened and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with a photo of the item and your order number for a quick resolution.

Return Process

  1. Email our customer service team at [client@duskaiacoffee.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Exceptions

  • We do not offer refunds for discounted or customized products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
